Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags are intact and the packing slip is included.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
